Valentine's Date Night

As parents of 4 children it's not often we get a night out alone but we always try & celebrate Valentine's Day which is my favorite day of the year because it's a day that is all about love. Tonight we just went to dinner at Restaurant Christine but it was so nice to have a nice, quiet, hot meal & of course to celebrate the love that we share.

Beach Cabins

This weekend we piled all the kiddos into the truck & headed south to Del Mar to stay in the beach cabins with our great friends.

We spent all day at the beach laying & playing in the sun

 climbing the rocks  

& playing in the water. 

We spent our evenings having dinner, eating smores, listening to music, drinking wine & enjoying each our friends.  

It was an amazing trip away & one we hope will continue in the future.
