I usually take pictures that include the whole scene. What is going on & where we are. But today in our backyard while the boys were playing I decided to get some shots of them. Just them. No scene. No background. An up close view of my boys.

I agree with J.J--I'm all about the close-ups. Those turned out great! I should probably take more of my girls with the scene in the background. Maybe you and I need to take each other's kids' pictures every once in a while. :-)
All wonderful shots Cathy. I may 'steal' a few to print out for my Gramma Brag Book. Making one tonight to take to a 'Granny Lunch' where I was told to "bring pictures of the grandkids." You don't get that request too often so I'll take advantage! Hugs and love to all...
